hi I have no idea what the screw looking pin thing is called. but it has broken and my window doesn't function. it won't close or open properly - I believe that's the only piece that needs replaced, but I can't find it on your website

Hi, please note the 2 pictures. the arms work, but the mechanism came out of the hole where the handle connects. Can you please advise replacement parts?

I need 2 awning window operator replacements.

I have 3 differant windows that either need a tool to tighten the brass 2 slotted and 4 slotted nut that hold the worm gear or a new operator for all 3 windows. Looking for help gettimg ready to list house for sale, i cant like this. Thank you, Dan

Looking for replacement casement window hardware, like the one attached similar to dual arm scissor and i'm looking for the replacement crank handles as well.

Outer screw holes are 4 1/8 on center inside dimensions are 5" wide by 1" high color is white 21 1/2" wide when closed #45002

The housing inside the window crank is stripped & needs replacing. Numbers found were 45002

It appears that the window crank shaft is stripped where it screws in. When I go to close the window after opening , the crank shaft unscrews with the handle. Is there anyway to repair this? The crank assembly was screwed into the framing during assembly at the factory.There appears no way to get th ... (cont.)

Follow up photos for Emily who responded earlier. Do not see any brand markings. It could be an Anderson window as the slider on the same level floor is Anderson but not sure about window.

I am looking for a window operator replacement with the same dimensions for re-installation.
