39-083 Dual Arm Crank, 21-1/2"

I need to replace the opening/closing mechanism in a vinyl awning replacement window. I believe it is what's referred to as a "dual scissor type" arm. The dual arms fully extended are 17" long. A house logo and the word "TRUTH" are stamped on the right arm. I believe I only need the hand crank, gear drive/shaft and locking sleeve to make it work. Thanks

The crank on my awning window is broken. There are no markings on the crank but the window has some etching in the bottom left hand corner. It says IGMAC, IGCC CBA, LoE, Cardinal, CIG-3, 4-97.
