On the inside, it is stamped "Truth" and the number 45206. It looks like and has similar dimensions to your Dual Arm Crank 21-1/2", product code 39-083. The grooves attaching the handle to the crank have been stripped and it will no longer remain seated in the cranking mechanism. Looking for replacement hardware for an Atrium window series 950, approx. size 24" tall by 36" wide. I need to replace the opening/closing mechanism in a vinyl awning replacement window. I believe it is what's referred to as a "dual scissor type" arm. The crank on my awning window is broken. There are no markings on the crank but the window has some etching in the bottom left hand corner. It says IGMAC, IGCC CBA, LoE, Cardinal, CIG-3, 4-97.
