39-083 Dual Arm Crank, 21-1/2"

I need to replace this part for my window. I cannot find a part number on it so I am not sure it is even an Andersen part. Do you have anything thatmight work? It is all hide under the window sill when done. My home was built in 1965.

On the inside, it is stamped "Truth" and the number 45206. It looks like and has similar dimensions to your Dual Arm Crank 21-1/2", product code 39-083. The grooves attaching the handle to the crank have been stripped and it will no longer remain seated in the cranking mechanism.
