I have 15 Marvin casement windows with Truth hardware and 12 don't work. These windows were installed by the previous owner so they are probably around 25 years old. The theft broke in damage the window operator.

gears are stripped in the operator. In fact the whole mechanism lifts straight out! Only marking I can find is Vistarama - Wabase Windows. Appears I can only add five photos. I'll send the 6th picture under a separate submission. Thanks very much.

I am attempting to replace a Caradco awing widow crank hardware. The part number is 30895.

Can you tell me if the part 39-083 would be the correct replacement part for caradco 916? I wanted to be sure before I order.

I'm hoping you can help me. I believe these are patriot windows but not certain. The latches that lock in the windows on the left and right side would not lock. We need to replace an awning operator that no longer opens/closes the window. Periodically, they become stripped when customers try to open the windows when locked. In my photo you can see that the new crank that you sent has a longer arm. On the new crank that you sent the number on the arm is 40395. My old crank with the gold arms has no number on that arm. The second arm on both, however, the one that attaches to the window is the same length--number 30866. ... (cont.)

I need "full case and operator" parts for four almond colored awning styled vinyl windows. The original manufacturers were Ellison Doors and Windows. The windows are from the 'Series 900/950' line. Handle on the small casement window just spins so need to replace entire crank system. Cannot identify part needed as there are no markings. Windows are Barber and Ross, a company that is now out of business so cannot determine what crank supplier they used. Thanks.

I will be ordering a dual arm crank (Product Code 39-083). Can a "rookie" install the unit or should I look for a window installer to complete the job? Thank you.
