We are looking for this RH crank operator, Andersen that has number 2420 on it. I believe it is a Bronze color, maybe Tuscan Bronze? Let me know if you have this operator in this color. Hi! We had to remove our shower glass door, and in the process, we lost the gasket/splines that went around the glass panel (likely thrown out). I'm trying to figure out what replacement part to use. A friend has a broken sliding door handle; I can provide pics if needed. There is a lock cylinder on the outside handle and the door latches in three places. I need help Identifying a replacement non tilt channel balance, the metal portion is 26 inches long and the channel width is 1/2 inch. The only markings I could find on it was a blue stamp (pictured above) reading 25-5 DRS CMC 77.

My simonton window balance assembly exploded and now I can't put my windows back in. Series 40-17 double hung The spring says 467J I need the entire assembly in order to put my window back in.

Approx 2007 Weathervane Single-Hung window - the moving portion is approx 19" tall. Sticker indicates a 16-2 balancer Also have an 11" window but the sticker rubbed off so I can only guess a 8-1 balancer

Hi, I cannot find a replacement part for this corner key. A few were old and snapped apart. I tried buying replacements that the big box stores carry and corner size seems to be 5/16, but the part that inserts into the frame is too wide.What size am I looking for? Or what else will work?
