Screws on the outside part are just a hair over 3" apart. When I close it all the way, it seems like the gears are stripped. If I push open the window a bit, it engages. This part finder is a very cool feature, btw. -steve

Replacement Pella screen door, 2002

Would you know what make and model this is? Also, is there a way to detach the handle? It turns but the window doesn't open or close, so I want to see if the issue is with the handle or the operator. I don't see any online like this on.

Need replacement pivot bar for softlite double hung window. There is a 4 stamped on the part. It looks to be 2.5 long with holes at 1-1/16 and another a 1-3/4 from the button end.

I think it's the aluminum window latch ?

The pivot pin in the picture is a Torx Head Pivot Pin by MALTA Have been unable to locate any to date.
