I need the corner brackets for this frame. Thhere a pictures of both sides to part of a broken corner bracket as well as how the whole bracket looks when in place.

I think I need this assembly replaced. Milgard Windows circa 2005.

The sliding windows move in a track. This part provides the peg that slides in the track, one at each corner. The peg is spring loaded and be retracted to remove the window.

Hello my window has been taken apart by a repair man that never returned to complete repair. I am not exactly sure how it all looked before disassembly? I will send pictures of all parts . If possible are there any videos on these double coil repairs?

We have a broken pivot shoe which the window-expert in Home Depot advised we can only get online. We want to make sure we get the right part and can't seem to identify a match online. We have a Norco sliding glass door lock that broke. We built the house in 2000 and put Norco windows and a sliding glass door in the house. The handle is fine, it is the lock that is broken. Thanks, Marlene

I have a casement window approx 46"X33"X3". The parts are rusted, broken. The crank doesn't close the window, i believe it is stripped and needs to be replaced. On the arm of the operator is the # 31850. On the underside of the operator the number 012108 00:49 is stamped. There is also a die-cast number between the screw holes - 45251.

I am unable to find this type of system on your site and I was wondering if you can help me? I am looking to get one for each side of the window. The only thing I found on the window for id was the brand, which I believe is truth.
