Looking to replace pivot shoe cam. It appears to be removable from the assembly.

No item number on window but glass shows CIG-2-3-92. What sash balance do I need to order for replacement?

Trying to replace the balance coils on a double hung window and can't seem to find the right ones. This is a double coil with 5k stamped on both coils. I'm looking to replace the coils and the "shoe", I think that's what it is called. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you ... (cont.)

Need a sash balance for this part number, picture shows both sides. I can not find the 3 digit number that most people are referencing but the home was built in 1986. need to replace a wooden sliding glass door mortise lock. Only markings are DNS, Miami FL. Issue am having is finding one with the larger screw holes.

I have vinyl windows installed before I bought the home I believe they were installed between 1995-1998 this is the foam filled window seal and I'm unable to find this type, the channel doesn't seem wide enough for a typical offset T style replacement.

I'm in of two 28" balances. Photos are of the original that have no #'s. I had replaced with 2740 years ago and just failed. The 2740 required a lot more effort to pull down so I the springs must've been too strong. Searching your product line I think I need 28" from your 380 Series, likely the 273 ... (cont.)
