Hi I need 4 of these guys. No serial or part numbers it's exactly 30" from end of metal to end of metal.

The channel balance is 9" long. The is a marking that says B4CD or 84VD CALDWELL.

Need 2 of these. Left and right.

Wanting to replace a few of these awning window operators and sash hooks. I need new coils and probably new shoes for the whole balance assembly for this window. It's a dual coil but the one I took off only had one in it.

I was wondering if you could help determine the replacement parts I needed. I don't know how many lbs the old window balance was. And if you have an install guide you can send me.This is for the left side of the window. Window is 27 inches wide and 41 inches high.

The pictures show the right side opener. I am looking for the left. Part numbers on the device look the same for both right and left.

Hi, It has two latches that attach in the upper/lower holes in the wall side. Can anyone help me figure out what the part to purchase and if I can purchase one that has a key for the external side. The latch lever broke on my sliding door. The part looks similar to 82-087, but is 10" long and the center to center distance between screws is 4". I need the satin metal finish.
