Hi,I need a replacement folding window crank for this MW casement window. The first picture is the picture of the fixitre with the crank missing. The 2nd picture is what I need to duplicate. Photo 0127 is the broken parts removed, photo 0128 is the balance installed on a different window. Coils are numbered 5232208

When I open my windows there is a little stop on both sides that pulls out to stop window from being raised ? Thst is what I need

The sash has a plastic part (fitting) on each side facing the vertical frame. This plastic part interfaces with the balance. On one side of the sash the plastic fitting is broken where the balance has nothing to push against. Does your company supply the sash plastic fitting for MW brand. Picture ... (cont.)

I'm trying to help my daughter in law with the windows on her house. Two of her windows have stopped staying open, and the Coil Balance Pivot Shoes are broken on both sides, with the Coil Balance not connected. The attached photos show the labels from both windows.
