Looking for a Harvey window sash balance, 30 inches in length, 1/2" wide and 1/2 inch deep. Stamped on the balance is 2955 BSI. Thank you.

These are on a building that have all awning windows these go on the outside push into to hold then they are also the gasket to seal from the outside.

I am in search of a similar latch to allow a 1/4" plexiglass to slide vertically and stop where ever I want to twist it and the window to stay open.

The housing for the gear mechanism where the handle meets the linkage is cracked so the window won't close the final Inch. Can you help me identify the part I need? Thanks!

This awning window is quite old - the worm gear has a lot of slop. You can't tighten the crank, even though the gear is not stripped. Do you a replacement for this? It is an Anderson window - no numbers on it.

I am working on a couple of Simonton windows with coil balances. one is a single coil stamped 5 and the other is a dual coil with the lower coil stamped 4 and the upper coil stamped 6.5. Which coil balances should I use?Thanks, Robert

My screen Frame for my pet window is a 1/4 inch frame for a storm door/pet door. I will not replace the door because the 2nd generation wildcat paws at it and I will or a pet door after I take this door off and make the modifications to the door.

Hello, trying to locate a replacement lock for the attached. My enclosed patio has six sliding doors, and one of the locks is completely broken. The pictures of the lock installed is from another door with identical locks.

Not item # 39-187. I tried this part and the piece that comes out of the gears first was too short. Item #39-187 is very similar to what I need. Bronze color.

Looking for this part on I believe a Merrilat kitchen cabinet.
