Think it came from a Marvin casement window

I can't find the brand or serial number . It's from my windows .

Need a replacement part for a right handed-outside looking in. (one shown is left handed) Truth 38158 dual arm mechanism that broke. The arms are all that is needed. I am sending pics partially open and fully open. Let me know if more info needed...thx

Hi. I need to replace 2 balances. I think it's the 770 31c but wants to check.

The gray boot holder says ??? salsrytruth.com/patents; the metall piece has nothing on it and the white clip may be what is broken. My thinking is that the white piece broke when turning the metal piece to get the boot back in.

Hello,As I was replacing the lower sash on an old double hung window, one side balance snapped and is no longer functional. I would like to get 2 replacement balances for both sides for this window. Please advise and see pictures attached.Thank you,Bill

Did not have tool to remove. Notice no Phillips head screw in top.

Our climate guard pivot bar broke and we need a replacement. It has a rounded head and has the markings A5 and 15 on it. It is 2.875 inches long and the head is 0.28 inches wide.

This is a pic shows the vertical runner used in my double hung windows. I broke one and need a replacement.

The rollers are 1" x 1/4" exactly. They are wobbly. I would love to replace with better high quality rollers as we use this door all the time.

I am looking for the top hinge to casement window. I know it is a truth hinge. The hinge plate is 10" long and roughly 7/8" wide. Any help with identifying the hinge I need is greatly appreciated.

Hi, The rod that is sticking out is attatched to the mechanism inside. The handle that you push down to lock the window, slides onto that rod. There is a groove inside the handle and it goes over that rod.

Need a new left handed and right handed operator. It about 9" long.
