I am trying to replace the spiral sash support balances for some old windows and I am unsure which series and brackets to select. I have 6 Kensington Quantum 2 vinyl windows in my house. The embedded/recessed cam locks on a few are broken. I tried getting replacement parts from the successor company KHPP, but they closed earlier this year. Hoping to find a compatible replacement.

My window stopped working and I'd like to replace the parts. There are also two gaps in the top corner where parts are missing.

My window is a vinyl tiltin model abour 20 years old. Manufacturer unknown, Spring balance length is 27 inches. There is a hook at the top of the balance and a square hole at the bottom that rotates with the window base. I am seeking two new compatible spring balances.with fittings. ... (cont.)

these are top mounted, snap in, they are slightly over 2 3/8 of an inch long and maybe about 11/16 wide I wish the measurements were more precise, but I was using a metal tape measure as I said these windows were installed in 2010.
