No identifying names, numbers, or markings. Window doesn't latch, doesn't appear to be any hardware on the window pane itself to do so. Latches at local home store don't seem to be compatible. Not sure what to do!

We are trying to fix our windows. They do not stay up. We have tried working on the spiral balancers. Will need to replace those as well. Do you carry this part.

This roller is from an old sliding screen door. The roller is approximately 1" diameter. I need 2 or universal replacement

Dual hung window (up/down) won't stay open. When I open the window it comes falling down immediately, it's a heavy and hard drop. I suspect the balance needs to be replaced but know what which to order. also open to having a handy man do the repairs. Same issue on 3 bedroom windows. ... (cont.)

Hello there, I have a casement window and hardwear from around the 1980's. The window operator crank works just fine. The hinge is 10" and the pin is broken off. The broken hinge has the number 30818. The hinge bracket attched to the sill is number 30752.

My (stainless steel?) sliding door track cover is worn out. At least 3' I had to saw off (recently) and remove (recently) to get the door to move. My rollers are in rough shape. Hi- We have an older Anderson crank window. The plastic piece that sits in the track and slides when the crank is turned has cracked.
