My window crank screw mechanism, pops out when I crank it counterclockwise to close the window. Clockwise cranks to open it work fine. Can the retaining bolt be replaced? thanks

I need help identifying my glazing bead. It's difficult to measure, but the open bottom is 11/16" and the side is 11/16". There is a glue type strip on the inside of the glazing bead itself. I am trying to replace this for my 35 year old non-tilt Viking windows. Also, the glazing bead is on the ext ... (cont.)

Original roller with 3 rivets needed as replacement 7/16" width rollers (M.F.S.) to not fit as the arm on one side makes it 1/2" width which is too tight

The metal part length is 21 inches not including the plastic. The plastic tip looked like it measures about 1 inch 1/16
