Goof day, I am looking to replace all hardware for this casement window. It is a 24w x 48h casement window

I need a new track for the roller on the end of this operator. This roller does not fit in my old track.

Need to replace weather strip on bottom of a pella French door. Seal on interior side is a rigid foam and in good shape. Piece that seals onto the Sill is in need of replacement. Slides into a grove and looks to be barbed to hold in place.

I need these pivot slide locks they are on a window pros window they appear to be 9/16" thick and 1 1/4" wide and 2" thick and have an external lock

This slider is in a ocean front condo that is wornout, I tryed to get the rollers out at the bottom but ther is only an adjustment screw. The top and bottom need new guides and weather strips. Also how do I remove the old or do I replace the top and bottom frames ? Thank you Don

I need a replacement lower assembly for a Malta Window. I bleieve it is similar to or the same as your 36-004-10.
