Hello, the photo above is the locking mechanism on the door. I'm looking for the female latch part to that so I can lock the door.

This was purchased from Home Depot years ago. The locking mechanism inside the door has failed so it will not lock. Looking for a replacement. Any advice would be appreciated.

Purchased Pella door in 2004, all the replacement locks I have seen have two circular dead bolt locks, as you can see in the above picture mine has one rectangular shaped dead bolt. Is there a replacement lock body that will fit my door?

The window seals around our crank out kitchen window needs the weather seal on both windows. Do you have these seals? Gary

One pivot bar snapped. I am looking for a replacement per attachment. It's 2 1/2" long with a 1/2" piece protruding at one end. The stamp on it is OD-857. Thank you. Jim

I have several broken channel balances. Pella no longer carries. Windows installed in 1994. Original balances stamped 6040. In 2011 I replaced several balances with balances that Pella sent me that were stamped 4030 and they worked fine even though considerably shorter. Now several more of the ... (cont.)

My customer thinks that this is a Krestmark vinyl window. looking for approx 75' of this white vinyl bead.

The one number on the mechanism is 30905. This window does not crank the window in closed enough for the window latches to be able to grab and latch the window closed. I had to make up and install a little wooden knob on the window in order to pull it in by hand so the window could be latched closed ... (cont.)
