I have a vinyl patio door that was purchased at Home Depot about 18 years ago that has become very difficult to slide. I'm hoping you can identify the manufacturer and provide me with replacement parts to get it working properly. I would like to replace the rollers while it's apart. A rep sho ... (cont.)

The small plate attached to bottom with pin to fasten arm on. 2 1/2 inches long by 1 1/8 inch. I bought the cranks already. They worked great, but I still need this plate

We have a patio door handle set with a lock switch above the handle bars. We need a new handle. The house is about 11 years old. My husband and I think we need the ALS-2-004 model for the handle. I have a customer who needs the counter balances replaced in her windows. They measure 34" long with a 20" spring (34B is stamped on the metal channel). Also need the "feet" that connect to the spring with a patent #1610108 stamped in the plastic.
