I have a customer who needs the counter balances replaced in her windows. They measure 34" long with a 20" spring (34B is stamped on the metal channel). Also need the "feet" that connect to the spring with a patent #1610108 stamped in the plastic.

I need to order some balances and the hardware but only have pictures. Can you help me find the correct items? I need 10 balances and the metal hooks to go with them and only 3 of the white plastic latches.
