Looking to repair this wood Pella casement window. The hinge shoe is missing so I definitely need that. Wondering if I should be replacing the metal piece that the shoes attached to as well? Also- is the glide track replaceable? This one appears to be damaged. Thanks in advance!

The pictures show the existing balances removed from window which are vinyl tilt single hung. The measurement is 3/8" but shows a black tip. I weighed the window, and the weight is 17.4lbs.
