Just measured the tubes on a customer's spiral balances that need to be replaced. The tubes are 3/8" diameter and the length is 17 and 1/4 inches. Blue tip. Can I order series 900 17" balances or do I need to order up to the nearest inch ie: 18" balances. Thanks for your help.

I need to replace these slides. The top part is winged and the bottom is not. The length if the metal part is 25", the bottom plastic is 1". Channel width is 9/16". The window weight is 14 pound. Only id is stamped 24220Z.

This is from a 1970's vintage window sash. The first photo is the pin receiver bracket attached to the spring. The next two photos are the top and side, respectively, of the sash pivot pin. I need six sash pivot pins. Please advise.Tom

Hi, I noticed others with this door part# came here but mine is slightly different, the main holes are not 4 5/8 but I believe under 4" and my lock is different. What I'm seeing for others , and your suggestion, is not what I have on this door.. confuddled?

Looked at customer's windows today. House built in 1938. wooden double hung single pane sashes. I will have to remove a stop to be able to remove the sash and get access to balance.
