Hello, These pictures were sent to me from our maintainance department. Any help in identifying what parts we need would be helpful. Thank you!

The channel is stamped Caldwell 33 3, and the actual length of the metal portion is 34" Both ends have wings. The sash weight is 20.7 lbs. I suspect that I need the 380 series with a 3330 sash weight. Am I correct?Do the parts come with the wings attached, or do I have to purchase them separately ... (cont.)

My stamps on balances are 29 4 GW CMC 11 and 29 2 FW CMC 10: it is two different windows. Can you tell me what kind of weight option should i choose please?

I like to replace this part as well as the other parts of this operator and the upper part that is attached to the top portion of my 20 in. x 70 in. casement windows. What is the price for all these parts please. Joseph
