Have a broken sash pin - only info I have is it's a Kohler window, photos added

The black plastic piece is broken on manybof these older windows. Looking for either replacements or alternative solutions for the windows.

Sash Balance 30" 9/16 wide 1/2 tall Stamped 30E BSI 2L (I'm guessing on the 2L, it's tough to see) - No hardware on top of sash - the spring was held in with a pin

MI Window Series 165 Aluminum single home Lever has 11R-5 number (see photo) 2 7/8" x 3/4"

Painters lost both the casing and the crank handle for this window. Can you replace it please? I believe it is bronze. Thank you so much for your help.
