Silver line windows installed by builder. Broken lock and release latch.

I recently purchased item 39-091 as a replacement for the casement operator in the picture. The new operator I received looks identical to the one in the picture, the only difference being that to actuate the arm the handle is cranked counterclockwise to open and clockwise to close. I need 4 sliding door replacement handles and one replacement lock and handle that's included in the detail.

The metal is 30 in long and the channel is 1/2 in wide

What would this part number be I cant find it on the website, please help.

Dimensions - 3/4" X 11/16". There is a ridge on top that locks bead into place.

I need a lock est for this sliding door but the attachment is 1 1/4 deep with a 9" hole spacing

I need both left and right replacement latches for the upper and lower sashes. The upper sash latches are flat and hidden. See photos 1 & 2. The lower sash latches are raised and exposed. See photos 3 & 4. All latches are slide and snap into the side of the sash design.

Window handle has a hexagon nipple on it with 2 holes on it.there is also a push button on the handle which appears to relieve pressure so the handle can snap into the crank.i have another window of the same crank and handle.i tried to switch the handle but no luck leading me to believe it is the cr ... This old patio door is the only entrance to the residence. I have this old, outside handle/unusable and without any guts or inside mechanism. I just need to find any kind of set that can be locked and unlocked from the outside. The door is just two aluminum, hollow vertical panels. ... (cont.)

I don' know the brand of these windows, but the pivot shoe is broken on all my windows except the one in the attached photo. I would love if you all would please recommend the appropriate replacement part for the Pivot Shoe. Theses are blue/red spiral balances. Thank you in advance ... (cont.)

I have one of these shoe locks almost completely broke and are they hard to replace ?

I am enclosing photos of the handle on my patio door. The cast portion on the outside of the handle has broken and I have had no luck finding a replacement. I would appreciate any help you could provide. Thank you!

Length of the channel is 31 1/2 inches, width across top of channel is 1/2". Window is single hung Milgard "style line" from Late 1990s to early 2000s. Balance has B6 and TD printed after the 31-5 (see picture above). Windows are 3'0 x 6'0. I want to completely replace all 4 balances for the 2 windo ... (cont.)

the windows have no markings. I have attached photos of a intact latch and one that has broken. what is available to repair or replace. would prefer to not modify a top latch if the parts are available

Can you tell me from photo which replacement coil balance shoe I need? I have not been able to take it out yet. Is there a video on how to do so? They are Polaris brand windows.Thanks again for your help!Ken
