i have a broken sash pivot for a white vinyl window that was purchased around 2015-16 time frame. The pivot is NOT the "True Pivot 85-5005" but it is similar. Mine has a slightly different pivot shape on the right hand side of the photo.

The window will not close the last 2 inches because the teeth on the gears have worn down.

Hello! I have a channel balance with a stamp ready 33 5 XC CMC 9. Am I correct in assuming the 33 5 portion refers to a 3350 weight option? Or do I need to go weigh the window? Thanks!
