The length of the assembly from the top mount to the bottom is 29 inches. These windows best I remember was Peach tree brand and are about 15 years old. Once I get this taken care of I need new weather stripping which I will need to figure out how to remove and replace first.

Hi, We have a sliding door that I believe is from your company installed by the prior owners of our house. It only locks from the inside. Do you have replacement locks that allow for an external lock? Thanks, Yael

The measurements of the old tilt latch are: Length: 2 11/16", width: 11/16", thickness 3/8". I tried one from Home Depot (Vinyl window latch (white) mortise installation, 3/8" thick housing, Model # F 2749). It fits in the window but is too long (won't let the window close). I took this part out to secure a doggie door and now can't find it. The company that installed the patio door went out of business a long time ago. The door mechanism would latch onto this part to lock up. Hope you can find it. Thanks!

I need an inch and a quarter inch nylon roller. Just like product code 84-056.

I need to know what part I need for these tilt latches. The length is 2 3/4 inch and width is 3/4 inch. That's about all I know. I figure if I can get the right part then I'll try to find directions on how to remove the old and install the new ones. Any help Is appreciated!

I need a left hand upper hinge assembly for a Pella Proline 3565 left casement window installed in 2004. I have added a photo with measurements.

The windows/screens are originals. Our house was built in 1970. Do you possibly have the correct replacement screen locks?
