I have to repair a broken shoe for an inverted block and tackle , tilt window. Windows were installed in 2005. The metal piece in the window channel is stamped with 23B PA BSI. Right now, I believe I just need the shoe. However, if the balance screws and shoes are sold in sets, I am interested ... (cont.)

Hello. I need to replace broken tilt latch on Gentek side sliding double hung window. Original part has a spring. First photo shows broken latch on bottom. Second photo shows intact latch. Please advise on what to order.
