I'm trying to replace the worn-out window cranks in two awning windows. They are in a sunroom built by a company called Four Seasons Design & Remodeling Centers. The only markings on them that I can find are the front facia that says Four Seasons Green Houses and the arms are stamped with a resp ... (cont.)

Both of my channel sash guides are broken. The only numbers I have are on the channel springs which is 2730v

Hoping you can help me identify a replacement track for my screen door. Track seems to be 9/16" channel maybe 5/8" Mfr code is SIM-3

Channel is 1/2", balance shoe appears to be 15-004 (wings w/ 1 3/32" depth), length is 26" Can you tell from the stamp what weight rating I need? Thanks

Hello,I am looking to replace two broken awning window crank operators and one broken torque shaft bearing. I have attached photos of the (broken) cranks uninstalled as well as the working installed cranks. The only measurement not shown in the pictures is the length from top holes to bottom holes, ... The attached files show the balancer I wish to replace. It is stamped 26 4 HS Caldwell and the metal channel is 27 inches long. Let me know if you need any additional pictures to determine the correct replacement. Thank you, Ed

I just bought part 82-265 tried to install but can't get door to lock. I have tried to adjust the set screw and the plate that the was there. First did i buy the right lock? Do I need a new lock plate?

This is a certainteed window with a broken keeper on the lock. Can you help?

My 20 + year old replacement Certainteed window latches have started to break off when I am tilting them in to clean. I took the lock off one side and the thumb slide so I could lift up the top of the window to see the locking mechanism.

Hi, I am looking to replace these parts.

I was just wondering which locking mechanism this is so I could order a replacement, the knob for the deadbolt spins but it does not seem to be connected as the door will not lock. The latch for the handle works fine, we just want to be able to lock it. Thank.you for your help.
