I believe the windows are TRUTH brand and they are casement. The pictures are of the right side of a double casement window that measures about 57.5" by 69". I need hardware for the left side. I need the window arms top and bottom and I need the locking mechanism. Can you help?

I need new coil balances and cams.

I was asked to provide additional pictures. The first picture is the broken sash and the other is a complete working sash. I am wondering what sash these are and if you have any replacements. Thanks you.

I have a number of Andesen Narrowline 200 double hung windows of various sizes. They were manufactured in 1977. Several of the units require new sash balancers. Can you tell me how to determine which balancer I need based on the glass size of the window? Thank you.

Exterior door handle not pulling latches fully into door, difficult to open door. This problem seems to be from a prior owner that "forced" the door handle down and damaged the internals of the handle. My window repair person is having a problem installing and tensioning the spiral window balancers. I'm not sure if there are window frame parts that are broken or missing on the window. The spiral balancers are new. Please help

I need 2 sets of channel balances. One set is 20 5/8" long and the other is 32 3/4" long. Both are 9/16" wide. Both have hooks. Stamps:2040, 3240. Lengths: 20 5/8", 32 3/4"
