My lock lever broke. My mounting bolts are 4 inches apart, which surprised the Swisco help agent I spoke to. He put me in touch with the parts research experts.

The balance is 32 inches long. Stamp says 31 4 KO CALDWELL. I think these are original to the house, so 28 years old. I've got 5 almost floor to ceiling windows and all 5 need replacements.

I have this track that is similar to your 11 3/8 entrygard track. Except mine is 13 3/8 long. The holes are 4 inches apart. The end holes are 3/8 from the ends. Do you have one of this size?
