I need to replace the shoe so the window operates properly everything else looks like it checks out I just need to replace the shoes but I'm having a lot of trouble finding this exact part I ordered the wrong one already which was a quarter inch too wide and we were too tall

We need (8) 14" - 13lb, (8) 15" 14lbs and (8) 20" 19lb of the balances per the pictures. I do not have the complete assemblies ** I found S380-20 however the rope pull looks different than shown in the pictures. Please advise.

I am trying to find replacement parts for my window, but I can't find any label to indicate who even manufactured these things. These are the rollers from my 1972 PPG Herculite K 3/16" glass sliding door. There are no markings whatsoever on the door anywhere, other than the glass marking above. The glass is 32"W x 73" T.
