Looking for this style hope you can see the pics in mm

This is for a milgard window. The window is 20+ years old. I have contacted Milgard and they no longer make or have this part. The gears appear to be striped. Hopefully you can find something that will work for me

These are photos of the Certainteed window channel balance and handle (approx. 2005) that I need replacements for.

Could you tell me what type and size of balancer I need to replace in this window? The window is vinyl double hung that tips open to clean. Photos attached. I also need a new pin. Photo attached.

Hardware breakdown in less than 2 years

I tried getting the correct Spline for my screen doors. It looks like the correct spline is rigid and have a grooves that tuck under part of the frame. The spline is about 3/8 inch wide. Do you have a product that would work for this screen door?

Just moved in. I lubricated what I could but a couple of the operators are shot. No markings at all. Gear teeth look worn and worn gear is loose and worn. Need white. Also need shoulder bushings.

I'm trying to help my mother replace her storm door handle who lives in Montana. I've attached the only pictures I have. Your 40-150 may work but it appears not to be lockable from the inside. Do you have a lockable replacement? Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Hello! Trying to find replacement parts for double hung windows. The picture windows have C.G.C RFD and 1978 stamped on them. I can't find anything on the double hung windows but the house was built in 1978 and no windows have been replaced. Assuming the same manufacturer.... Any tips on how to find ... (cont.)
