JustPurchased a home and one of the windows does not stay open. It slides up but slams right down if you let it go. It's an Atrium 5700 series window.x about 35" wide and 57" tall or so. Does anyone know where to buy a replacement channel balances? This window doesn't have any. Thanks ... (cont.)

Hi, The crank handle threads are stripped. The only thing I'm sure of is that they are not Anderson windows but I find a similarly-shaped crank handle from Anderson. Are they likely the same? Hello, the knob on the inner storm window broke off so I am unable to open the window. Could you please help me get the window open?

The plastic bracket that holds the window to the arm broke so the window will now not open using the hand crank. The one picture shows the piece that is broken and the other window shows the white plastic piece in tact on a different window.
