I have a double hung sliding window. The windows fold out to wash the exterior. The metal arm that is the pivot point has broken. It looks like a large flat nail with two anchoring holes in it.

What is that called?

I need couple of these angled pivot bars, I'm helping my friend in his apartment

Hello, I would like to inquire about purchasing a replacement of channel balancers. The only marking on the previous ones show "2620". They are 27" long without the fittings, and about 1/2" wide. I would need 4 of these.

This block and tackle type balancer unit has these characters on it : 26-5 gms cmc 8 : They are a bit hard to read with some partial characters but it think I am close. I think my exterior door is a pinky's iron arch door. The sweep has coming off, I need to replace it but I am not sure which one to get nor if it just slide back on the tracks. The door is just under 38inches wide& most sweeps I see are 36 or 38. Please help

I need plastic trim that covers screw heads on a aluminum storm door. Half inch wide " bronze " - dark brown color

My left window is missing a part (red circled) that prevent the window from closing properly. I have to manually pull the window in to close it. I also attach the right side of window, which has the part that is missing. Can I buy just the missing part?
