Hello. The part is the locking mechanism from truth. Numbers on the unit are 21132 next to the screws holding it to the sash and 31402 A on the arm coming out of the lock. Hello, this is a Truth right handed operater. Markings on it indicates that it is a 30744. The stem attached to the operator is 12" long. The operator itself is 4" wide. I. Existing patio door (7 years old) has dual point mortise lock and is jamming -- can't get the door open sometimes. Your replacement looks like the same lock. I need two of these balances. It looks like the shoe is a 15-224, but what do you think? The sash weighs 28 pounds. It attaches to the window with a hook.
