Hi, I need help identifying my casement window operator. The end of the arm of the operator broke where it attaches to the window. The piece that's attached to the bottom of the window has the other half of the break but couldn't get a pic of that end. See pics. Thx for your help, Terry ... (cont.)

Plygem has discontinued this window. They gave me the following part numbers for locks and keepers, but the numbers do not come up in the search on your site. Lock - 253330-wh Screws - 251673-WH Keeper - 253329-WH Screws - 251672-WH

The handle spins, and the window does not open.

I installed the 82-086 yesterday. I tried to lock it with the key & I can barely turn the key. It's so tight trying to turn it. I'm worried I'll break the key off in the lock. How do I fix this?

The plastic part of the tilt latch is broken. I can't find it in you part list. Please advice. Thank you

I brought a Tafco casement window from Homedepot its 30"x48". It's suppose to be an egress window but because when it opens the window moves towards the left about 6" it width opening is now only 18". this is on an older wood sash, circa 1992 and is to be "nailed" or pushed so that the barbs go into the sash. The other end then sticks out and is what connects into the pivot shoe in the track

I'm trying to find a replacement channel balance. Looks like the stamp is 31-4. I cannot seem to find the same looking clip that goes into the frame of the window. Mine looks like a v shape. Have you changed the design of the clip? Thanks!

replacing weatherstrip in vinyl screen. Has a side piece holding felt or fuzzy stuff next to glass. do they still make this? will try to send photo if I have confused you with my description.
