I have PGT impact glass door 3 panels and the lower track stopper broke is a white plastic part with two screws and a cover for the screws. The doors are 7 years old.

I have a Milgard single hung window in need of new balancers. I have attached pics of the part # and ends. Can you tell me which ones I need? Also, the metal part of the balancer is about 33" long.

The window crank spins and will not open the window. This is the visible part to the operator showing it as Truth 30905. What needs to be replaced to get the crank functioning properly? Is it just this part that needs to be replaced or are there other connected parts to it that need to be changed ou ... (cont.)

I haven not found any part numbers on this handle. It has an unusually large mortise and double turn part.

Sweep lock pgt# 720198 and striker plate PGT # 720200 need a pair. Also pgt window HR 5510 42.5 x 57.5 roller track PGT # 620158

Looking for a replacement.

The lock on one window seems broken from the inside, on the other it doesn't catch just pops over the latch. The picture I posted is of a working lock on one of the windows.

Need a new pivot bar, the one that's in the picture is from the other side of the window and is intact. Also the metal piece in the shoe cracked in half so need that or a whole new shoe, plus the coil housing is cracked, so would replace if you can also identify it since I'm already doing it. ... Hi, The window can open without problem, I need to crank with one hand and push in to help it close. This window opens towards the right. It says Truth Entry Guard 30841L. I have a couple of the 32C-795 series balances. I will also need to order the 15-194 1" T-Loc. The problem I have is they have the cord hook instead of the screw mounted, and the hole is round. Is there any way to convert to the crew type? I am thinking maybe a plastic anchor, but not 100% on that. ... (cont.)

This hardware was installed around 1953 when the house was built. No markings that I can find. One operator (now missing) is for the right side of the frame. The other for the bottom. I believe the missing operator is identical to the other. I don't know if I need new tracks or if the existing ones ... (cont.)

Need to replace this window crank from ~2002... looks like it might be a Milgard window? I can measure the window dimensions if needed...? Or even remove it before taking another pic.
