In need a window coil balance for a double hung window series 43-17dh. Do I need to replace both sides of window. Also do I need to replace the pivot bars

They look as if they been tampered with on a few windows. Basically to prevent them from lacking. I think that is a way they seem to be greeting into my home time and time again. I have a double pane hung window. Couldn't not get window shut. Then top window dropped down and will not stay in place. On bottoms window, this part is broken. Thanks

Stamping on balancer reads 26C BSI TH. The sash fell down. I was able to extract the right balance assembly which seems to be intact (not sure), and the left balance is stuck in the top half of the window track. Not sure which parts to order or exactly how to replace.

The pivots I bought from you are a slightly different. The new ones have tabs on them and my old ones don't. I'm thinking that maybe they did this so it would fit more windows. They won't work for me as is but If I was to shave off the tabs it looks like they would work perfect. Unless there is a ... (cont.)

First 2 photos are of the latch front and back. 3rd photo is a good latch installed on my other storm door. Hi, I had ordered some 26-132P recently. They did not work for my windows. It was a little too wide and all of the protrusions on the bottom were in the way. And finally - there's no hole in the latch where the screw has to go in.

Hi, I believe this is a K&K assembly that has broken.

these little trap doors are a little under 1 3/8" wide. the clips that go into the slot of the window are 1" wide.

7/8 is on the latch along with NH lower down. Looks like the demensions are good too. Looks like the 40-194 you have in your system

In replacing the operator I found two of the screw holes don't line exactly (previous operator was a double arm), and for some reason there is a gap in the sill too close to two of the attachment screw holes (see attached pic). Have tilt windows, metal tube length is 28.5 so should I round up to 29 when ordering.? Definitely 3/8 width.
