The latch/handle that locks and unclocks the crank out window is broken and needs to be replaced.

Looking for replacement balance

*Length of the metal channel 25 5/8 *The printed stamp 25 4 *Manufacturer Milgard *Channel width 1/2, in the photo of the bottom fitting doesn't show the metal hook because is missing/broken this is the reason I need to replace it *I need 4 balances

looking for help with part number or, better yet, a place to order this style of roller.

Tension spring in the handle must have broke as the handle has gone limp. Hardware appears very similar to current Jeld-Wen hardware. I cannot find any markings on the door to confirm that it is Jeld-Wen. The door was installed by the prior homeowner in 2005-2006

Need to install a two piece constant force balance. However, there is no cutout on the sash track to remove and replace. How is this done?

My windows are almost 30 years old. All that sun finally has caused many of the latches to break. I believe this patio door was original to the manufactured home. The rollers are pretty corroded and I couldn't find markings.
