Looking for these slip on window lock handle covers

Hello. I have some old jealousy windows on my porch. The plastic has dried and deteriorated and I'm having a very hard time finding replacements. They are the jealousy window clips. They are 6" and hold 6" wide glass. Hopefully you stock these.thanks! John

My windows are made by thermal guard they are probably 25 years old I need a couple of the plastic covers that cover the crank handle as per the picture.
