The window glass is stamped with 'Multiver'. I dont know if this is the manufacturer. There are no other visible stamps or markings on the window. The metal portiom of the part is 29".

The Operator gear is stripped. The interior part that the handle hooks to is 5 inches wide. One unusual thing is that there is no easy way to get to the two philips head screws that hold the mechanism in place. Appears that you need to chisel the bottom of the window frame up to access.
