The Bracket on the exterior of the window #3 closed side snapped. I am trying to replace the mechanism instead of the window. Can you help me with the parts I would need?

This picture is a right hand swing casement. At this same property there is a similar window with a left hand swing. The operator and arm have been damaged and thrown away by the tenant. Can you identify it please.

Looking for Screen Door Weather strip.
