The spring mechanism on my tilt in window broke. I don't see a stamp on the existing spring. However, there is a "H" on the top plastic piece that attaches at the top of the window.

I have to disassemble the door to get the rollers out so I haven't been able to find any part numbers. Are these pictures enough to go off of? I was hoping to only disassemble the door frames once! Thanks Tryg

Hi, I need to replace the balances in my window. I believe it is Caldwell. It is 30 in long. The stamp says is 29-4. I'm not sure about the guides though. Can you help me identify the right part?

Can't find a brand of the windows but may have been sold at Menards. They have a INT on the visible side and are cast with L and R. The left one I have is marked R/INT and 26823 on the bottom. Taking off a L/INT shows 26822 on the bottom. All different width windows have the same L/INT/26822 and R/I ... (cont.)

I need 10 of the handle sleeves that relieve the actual metal lock lever that protrudes out of the slot on the stricken side of the casement. I have this lock lever with a rounded fork end. Do you have these? I need 10 of them.
