Hello! The part number for the channel balance is 26B (CJ(logo)AU). The channel balance length measures approximately 27" and 3/8" wide. Please view photos for more details. Need to get a quantity of 2 of these balances. Thank you in advance!

Hello, this is from a jeld wen window. It's 25'' long and 1/2'' wide and 5/8 deep. the code on it is 24-5 HG5 CMC 54 Please let me know which replacement I should get. I couldn't find any with the roller on the bottom like this one. Thank you

Die cast handle broke. Realized the iperator is pretty rusty as well. Ant find anything like this. Would like to replace the handle and operator. Handle appears to be a rear mount. Sorry about the dirty window. Window is most likely 25+ years old.

I ordered the S380-30 option 2950 but my window is 55 lbs and I was told my balance is a custom please advise.

Please provide link to the balancer shown. The window is a small bathroom window, not more than 6 pounds. Its metal channel is 15 inches and there are no stamped numbers I could find. I need to order the crank, encasement and the bar it's completely frozen. I also need to fix my screens but need the locking mechanism.

How to install the 83-040? Especially how to connect the black butterfly part with the long metal stick? Seems no screw is designed to connect the two.

The operator spline for one of my casement windows (left hand side) is stripped and needs replacement.
