Dear Swissco, Can you recommend a replacement lock for this patio door? I want to keep a keyed lock. The two mounting screws are at 6-1/2" centers. The latch flips up and grabs the part on the strike. Thanks!

New house with old casement windows. One window is missing operator and all other parts. A similar window has these two numbers top bar has 20819A and the lower arm has 31512 stamped on it. Is this an Entrygard 15? Or something else. Thanks.

Picture is the only nomenclature on my 60-in wide sliding glass door. Are you able to tell me what wheels I need to replace them, without having to remove the wheels, and then place them back on the door and reinstalling the door, while awaiting the parts, only to have to remove it again? I can't find replacement parts

I have 2 4012 bottom wheels on my sliding mirrored closet door, and one is missing the plastic piece that holds the wheel in the track. This can be seen in the picture. I need to replace both of the wheels, so which part number should I use?

I have some older windows that are still doing well but many of the vent stops are sticky or broken. I would like to replace them. Attached is a photo of the part that was removed from the window and the window sticker. Is 26-354 the correct replacement for them?

I am looking for 23 sets (left & right) balances for older aluminum double hung windows. The metal piece is stamped with "3440 W" and it measures 35" x 5/8" x 1/2" and has a coil spring, rope and black slide feet. I have a picture too if that will help. Thanks! Chris
