Hello, the metal channel is 27 inch in length and about 9/16 inch in width. I have accidentally broken the bottom clip (which holds the string). The description printed on the side is 2620. I believe a single moving wheel fit into the recessed wheel. There is a recessed wheel it doesn't seem to move. It is approx 1 3/4" in to 2" in from end of door. Door 36 3/8 wide Grove is 10/16" wide There is a hole to put screw in. There was no removed part. It is missing.
