dimension are; 5/16 length for the right angled part that goes in sash with another 90 degrees off 3/32 inch. the sash covering section is 3/4 inch wide.. also i am trying many times to associate a pix to no avail..can u help daniel

One of the pivot shoes for my window is damaged. Technically the only piece that is broken is this little round metal piece that holds the pivot bar from the window. I can't find this particular pivot shoe on your site, so I was wondering if you sell the little metal piece? Thanks, Cameron ... (cont.)

Can't find any other markings besides what's on the picture and window one is a 23 inch window and the other an 18 inch window the track is 1/2 inch

I can open the windows but am not able to close the windows.

Broken Ply Gem casement window latch. Windows were installed in 2015. Unsure of model number of window, but perhaps can be determined from photo of sticker on windows.

Good evening! Can you help me identify this part number? It is the channel balance for a vertical (non-tilt) window. My windows weigh 29 pounds. The balance measures 28" long and .5" wide.
