Hello! I am looking for pricing on the attached photos. There are three different kinds of window balances. 1. 26-D-40 (27" long about 1/2" wide) 2. 22-D-40 (23" long about 1/2" wide) 3. 28-C-40 (29" long about 1/2" wide) All of them have the black balance knife locks as well.

Hi! I need a replacement balancer for my window but don't know the brand. Does anyone recognize this type of lock? It's a double hung tilting vinyl window with a grid on half of it. There are no markings on the glass or anything to tell me the brand. Thank you!

How can I tell what weight of coil to order to replace my broken one?

The metal length is 15 inches. I can not find the name. I need two of it.

No markings visible. Cannot remove broken pivot lock shoes from track. I believe the piece it fits into is operational. Did I see there's a tool to remove the lock shoes? Thanks!

see the enclosed photos of my side mount pivot bar, I didn't see anything like this on your web site, do you have anything like this? Mine are bent, I'm assuming because the window is so heavy. dimension are; 5/16 length for the right angled part that goes in sash with another 90 degrees off 3/32 inch. the sash covering section is 3/4 inch wide.. also i am trying many times to associate a pix to no avail..can u help daniel

One of the pivot shoes for my window is damaged. Technically the only piece that is broken is this little round metal piece that holds the pivot bar from the window. I can't find this particular pivot shoe on your site, so I was wondering if you sell the little metal piece? Thanks, Cameron ... (cont.)

Can't find any other markings besides what's on the picture and window one is a 23 inch window and the other an 18 inch window the track is 1/2 inch
