I can not locate this part for a casement window

Not sure about the number on the Balance,(needx4) it's a little worn away? Channel is 1/2" wide and 1/2" high as opposed to the regular 5/8" variety. I am maybe thinking that the springs are maybe a little on the high side owing to the cracked and bent top window shoes on two of the windows? I'm als ... (cont.)

Hi, This is from a "Care Free" vinyl window on a manufactured home. The face measures 7/8" wide, and the depth is 3/8", with a small groove along the corner. I need to replace about half on the vinyl bead on the house due to hail. Do you have anything that will work?Thanks!Carter ... (cont.)

This is a rubber block That is inserted into the bottom of the stationary door of a french door entryway. It prevents water from entering where the door is secured to the threshold.

Im looking for a roll of rubber door channel trim. it inserts into its own groove and is meant to cover the doors screen spline channel. the finished side lays flush against the door for an appealing trim look. Do you carry channel trim like this? Thank you!

Window balance, plastic tube 25 1/4 in Long with quarter inch. Spring which goes over to 12 and 3/4 in long with end hooks spring with approximately half inch or 9/16 the nylon ends are white. The windows were installed in 1999

Hello, I'm looking for the mortise lock/latch assembly and handles for 2 Ply Gem Mira patio doors.

Looking for a few of these.

The part is 15 1/4 inches long. It has a string 20 inches long. It attaches to one side of the window. The piece is installed above the window into the frame. 121Z is inscribed on the part

Length is 24". Weight of sash is 35lbs.

Looking for the other side for this window lock. Can you help please?
