Looking for replacement VPI window opening control arms, left and right. We purchased the windows for a new contructed apartment complex that was completed in December, 2019, so these are fairly new. VPI has said they no longer offer replacement control arms.Mark

There was no identifiable information of the brand for this lock. It looks like a Swissco but it does not say. The lever for the lock had broken off. Any information would be appreciated.
