Hello! I need to replace this system. It should be 9-1/2"I tried: Ellipse Style Single Arm Operator, 9-1/2" and it was not the right part.

This handle has broken, and I need a similar replacement. The interior handle pulls out from the exterior handle. There is a broken piece that can't be fixed. I don't have a part number and can't find any numbering on the door itself. Image 6173 is the exterior view of the handle. Thank you, Christi ... (cont.)
