Hoping to get this locking mechanism identified without uninstalling it yet as it is still locking with some finagling. The lever on the handle feels loose and isn't fully operating the hook mechanism and it is getting stuck in the housing.

I am looking for a replacement window balance. I have attached photos of the hook, shoe and part ID (BSI 26D). Channel is 1/2" x 1/2". Shoe size is 1-1/4" wide X 17/32" thick. Need to replace some of these items mainly the coil balance and how can I tell what weight?! The shoe has a 11A printed on it with dimensions of 1 1/2 x 1 1/4.

Hi, none of the 6 double hung vinyl windows in the house I just bought will stay open. The spiral is the same for all of them. 31" long, red tip, looks like the s400.
