I took a chance and ordered your 15-104. I may need some insight as to how to remove the white balance covers or whatever they are that the sash slides on. My sliding doesn't lock the lever is loose and moves easily. It doesn't make a clicking sound to engage the locking system. I can't see the manufacturer of the door. It only has glass info stamps. It's wad installed 2018

Screw holes are 2" center to center. body is 1/2" tall, total is 9/16" with the wheel protruding included. No part number on previous parts and I don't know the manufacturer. Not much to go on. Thanks for any help.

Need to replace some cranks at an apartment complex. Crank arm is labeled as a L-31538A and the other arm is a 30767. Was told that these parts are obsolete. Any suggestions?
